Adecco is currently hiring a Mail Administrator for our Insurance company client in Waterloo, ON. This is a 3 month contract and pays $14.00 per hour. 

Start Date: 12/17/18
End Date: 3/16/19
Hours : 8.00am to 4.00pm

This position is responsible for the effective operation of the main mail distribution centers for head office and main locations located across Canada. They will ensure service standards are met or exceeded.

Mail administrator Qualifications :
  • Must have experience with Mail distribution, sorting and other admin duties
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage change.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent PC skills, both in speed and accuracy.
  • Strong overall knowledge of business units, line areas, and their products.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job. Some heavy lifting is required up to 40lbs.
