Adecco is currently hiring for a Full-Time Mail Administrator to service one of the largest multinational insurance and financial services providers globally. The Mail Administrator role is for a 3-month contract and will be paying $14.85/hour. The role will be based in Waterloo, Ontario. This is a Full Time position which requires availability from Monday to Friday starting either at 8:00 am until 4:00 pm or 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
The Mail Administrator Responsibilities Include:

  • Effective operation of the main mail distribution centers for head office and main locations located across Canada
  • Ensure quality customer service and support to the advisors through the business unit initiatives and production
  • Ensure service standards are met or exceeded

The Mail Administrator Requirements Include:

  • Strong detail-oriented, organizational, and prioritizing skills for a high volume, deadline driven environment
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook, data entry speed and accuracy
  • Precise and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage change
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job. Some heavy lifting is required up to 20lbs
