Adecco is currently recruiting for Mailroom Associates in Ottawa, ON for a contract position to start as soon possible. 
This is a Monday to Friday daytime position with a pay rate of $14.00, plus 4% vacation pay.
Your duties as a Mailroom Associate may include:
-    Opening incoming mail Sort documents into different categories
-    Prepare documents and shipments for mailouts 
-    Data entry Scanning and sorting documents
-    Warehouse environment duties:
o    Sort, open and lay flat mail
-    Document management projects
o    Lift boxes up to 12kg
o    Do prepping of the files to be ready for scanning 
o    Do Quality Assurance on documents that have already been scanned
Mandatory requirements to be considered for our Mailroom Associate position:
-     Must currently hold an active Reliability Status security clearance or higher (Or be eligible)
-    Efficient typing speed 
-    Great attention to detail 
-    Physically able to lift and move boxes (25lbs)
-    Able to work on a computer and work within a team
Nice to have:
-    Previous work experience in a mailroom or records management would be considered a great asset
