Adecco is currently recruiting for a Mailroom Clerk in Richmond Hill, ON. Our client is a large and reputable and one of the big four accounting firm.
This is a 2-months contract with a pay rate of $17.00/hr.
Mailroom Clerk Responsibilities:
o Estimate number of pieces of mail received (daily basis)
o Sort mail according to specific criteria
o Review each envelope thoroughly to search for discrepancies between envelope and its contents
o Follow discrepancy procedures when discrepancies occur
o Separate envelope contents, organize according to specific criteria
o Cross reference information on applications and payments
Mailroom Clerk Qualifications: 
o Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level required
o Good oral and written communication skills
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
