Adecco is currently hiring for a Mailroom Clerk Downtown Toronto, ON. To qualify for Mailroom Clerk position, you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible to work between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and have customer service skills.
Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This Mailroom Clerk role is a 4-months contract and has a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

Mailroom Clerk Responsibilities (but not limited to)
•Ensure the readiness of the office environment for the day-to-day operations
•Perform general office maintenance and organization of meeting rooms, workstations, supply rooms, printer/copier areas
•Perform general building assistance (carpet issues and lighting, etc.)
•Answer client’s inquiries regarding mail, courier items and supplies; respond to incoming email inquiries 
•Excellent customer service skills are required to accommodate internal client (i.e. Print Shop, Lottery) priorities & requirements
•Knowledge of national and local courier services and software systems
•Health & safety program:  Fire warden & First aid & defibrillator response
Mailroom Clerk Qualifications
•1-2 years work experience in customer service, hospitality, or a facilities environment is an asset
•Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
•Customer service skills
•Ability to multi-task and be a team player
•Ability to prioritize and organize workload
•Flexible shifts to work between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
•May be required to move tables, chairs, boxes and/or moving bins
•Able to lift up to 50 pounds
•This position may require overtime
