Manager, Contract Administration, Compliance and Reporting

Adecco is currently hiring a Manager, Contract Administration and Compliance in Toronto, ON. This role manages the full life cycle of national customer contracts from account activation through to deactivation in accordance with national compliance policies and procedures and ensures Adecco remains compliant on all enterprise account service delivery obligations.

Functions of the Manager, Contract Administration and Compliance include:


Ensures all national account contract wins are setup accurately and efficiently within SLA guidelines.



Ensures Adecco remains compliant on all enterprise accounts by effectively identifying, communicating and resolving all non-compliance items.



Develops strategies and policies related to contract compliance, reviews current practices and ensures continuous process improvements and efficiencies.



Ensures weekly and monthly contracted reports are provided on time and in line with customers’ requirements. Ensures other specialized ad-hoc reports for enterprise accounts meet client and/or business expectations.



As the senior contract compliance contact for Canada, works closely with the Contract Admin team in the US to collaborate on North American and Global contract administration and compliance.



Leads legislative national price increasing programs.



Manages and tracks all exception requests, and customer change requests initiated by the field and/or customer success. Verifies all requests are in accordance with contracted terms.



Responsible for tracking all contracts and their maturation dates and provides the VP of Sales at least 6 months advance notice of end of term.



Leads the full contract process from contract review, customer account setup and ongoing account maintenance, reporting, webdocs and deactivation. Attends all rollout calls scheduled by Implementation.



Selects, trains, develops and motivates direct reports. Supervises staff, providing coaching and performance development as needed. Recommends salary actions and conducts performance appraisals.


Manager, Contract Administration and Compliance Requirements:


Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.



Five (5) years related experience preferably within a service oriented industry.



Two (2) years management experience.



Advanced knowledge of MS Office products and proven experience in MicroStrategy and GM Sales.



Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others.



Superior organizational skills. Is able to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.



Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills, with an understanding of statistical methodology.



Strong analytical skills with proven ability to extract and interpret data for specialized reporting, projects and analysis.



Resourceful and self motivated; Utilizes available information to help further marketplace knowledge and drive business success.



Proven consistent high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong colleague relationships.



Demonstrated ability to work across an organization to obtain resources and provide support and expertise.



Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. May be required to travel within region.
