Our client in Richmond Hill, ON is looking for a fully Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. Must be able to read, write and speak Mandarin. They are an Investment Fund Manager firm, specializing in Commercial Real Estate Investment.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
Provide general support to visitors
Manage executives’ schedules, calendars and appointments
Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations
Do certain research online and/or in our professional data application

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Mandarin )
Outgoing, excellent problem solving and communication skills
Will accept international student applicant with work permit (employers may support the employee's immigration application)
