Adecco is hiring an organized Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. 

Responsibilities:

•    Monitoring and assessing process performance and enhancements through continuous improvement initiatives using “First Time Build” process design execution and reporting.  
•    Understanding the latest manufacturing techniques, the Manufacturing Engineer is expected to implement continuous improvement programs and strive for excellence with the use of tools such as SPC and DOE.
•    Works on issues of limited scope.  
•    Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
•    Normally receives detailed instruction on all work.
•    Has the authority to make responsible decisions comparable to scope of position.
•    Coordinates requirements, planning, scheduling, monitoring milestones and costs, and works to remove barriers to project success.
•    Performs qualification on new processes being introduced.
•    Implements engineering changes. 
•    Defines and sets up product routing and SFDC.
•    Performs time studies.
•    Manages the BOM and allocations.

Requirements:

•    Generally requires a University degree in Science or Engineering.  Typically requires a minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
•    Supports communications between customer program team and internal operations group in order to define requirements, planning, and scheduling, and monitor milestones and costs.
•    Builds stable working relationships internally.
•    Supports internal customer-focused team meetings, collaborating with Material Planners, Buyers, Program Managers and Test Engineers to remove barriers to program success.
•    Troubleshoots manufacturing process performance problems and escalates issues when required.  Conducts independent research into engineering problems to develop new operating policies, capabilities, and processes.
•    Experience in the field of complex microelectronic assembly (SMT, FLIP CHIP, Die Attach, Wire bond, Module Assembly etc.) with a practical understanding of Quality Standard such as TL9000 and methodologies such as 5S, TQM and Lean Manufacturing.
•    Provides input when required as part of customer-focused team.
•    Participates in Quality circles. and creates Process Assembly documentation.

Compensation and Hours:

•    $30.00 per hour + 4% Vacation Pay
•    Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
