Manufacturing Worker - Welding

Adecco is currently hiring for a Welding Operator for our client in Toronto.

  • Shift: Rotating Continental shift: 2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights

  • Responsibilities:

  • As a Manufacturing Operator, you will operate a draw-bench in conjunction with reeler, speed feed Drum, or Stem Winder unit.
  • Maintain the copper coating solution at the proper concentration, graphite solution at proper concentrations
  • Control the application of the surface lubricant and or graphite/Alcohol, when required
  • Service the de-scaling brush units and maintain the correct setup and operation of green rod offset de-scaler
  • Follow the drawing lubricant schedule and report mechanical and electrical problems to the shift Foreman
