Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full time Marketing Manager in Markham, ON to work for our client, in a start up division for Service Robots within an established company. In this role, you will be reporting to the Business Development Director and you will play a key role in strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing the marketing initiatives in the company's technology division, directing marketing programs and implementating production of all marketing material. If you have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in multi-functional marketing in both traditional and digital programs, this job is for you!


  • Responsible for managing marketing program in the technology division.
  • Create and manage full marketing calendar including product launches, promotions, PR, advertising, social media, ecommerce/web and events.
  • Develop and share expertise on the product and participate with sales in training, be an expert source of knowledge for the technology and it value to the customer/user.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure marketing material is target to customer needs and the sales process.
  • Create content for marketing, ecommerce and sales needs. Copy writing for all new products, presentations, brochures, case studies, website, blogs, social media.
  • Collaborate with in-house design team to create marketing material, photography and videos
  • Design social program and manage schedule and postings on required accounts, key focus on B2B market.
  • Ensure demo robots in the showroom are updated and ready for working demonstrations.
  • Responsible for management of full trade show calendar and execution of trade shows.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to establishes marketing goals and budgets.
  • Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service.
  • Research and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
  • Communicates with various in -house teams, media channels, agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
  • Work with HR on hiring, training, employee relations, performance reviews, and employee incentives.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in multi-functional marketing in both traditional and digital programs
  • BA/BS in Marketing or Business and trade show management experience is required
  • Experience in software or technology marketing with a keen understanding of technology value and ROI
  • Tech savvy with a passion for technology in business environments and experience using social media for business
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new product development from ideation to commercialization
  • Content crafter with ability to create engaging content for a range of marketing materials
  • Advanced communication skills and proven Ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Team-oriented, able to work within a fast-paced matrix organization
  • Extraordinary presentation skills, writing, reporting and communication skills
  • Excellent quantitative, inter and cross functional communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management expertise within a cross functional team
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
