  • Develop and execute inbound and outbound channel programs
  • Tracking and reporting on the performance the channels; tweaking and adjusting as necessary
  • Collaboration and coordination with the company’s digital marketing team to synchronize campaign strategies
  • Manage all content and ensure that external and internal content has a consistent message
  • Work closely with the company’s Sales and Product Management teams to define appropriate marketing materials and programs to best represent the organization and drive expansion (global as well)
  • Lead the development of growth marketing strategies
  • Observe the competitive markets alongside both market and customer trends all in a B2B directive
  • Manage, mentor and support a team of 2 Marketing professionals
  • Lead and plan the company’s trade show activities (virtual and eventually in person)

    The qualifications for the Marketing Manager job opening in Toronto, ON include;

  • Just 3 years’ experience in a B2B Marketing Specialist or directly related position; those with experience within a startup as strong asset and/or experience in technology or SaaS industry
  • Completed University education preferable in Marketing or Sales
  • 1+ year people management experience
  • Strengths with technology from MS Office to CRMs (Salesforce or Hubspot as preference) to expertise in email marketing tools including Google Marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Clear and confident communication skills – both in a verbal & written capacity
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; included in this is good listening, ability to quickly build rapport, mentorship, strong follow up skills etc.
  • High level of detail at all times; strong time management and deadline motivated
  • Ability to travel internationally; not at present but when deemed safe.
