Adecco is currently seeking a Demand Planning Manager for our client a leading retailer in Toronto, ON.

The Marketing Manager will be building on a strong established brand in the industry, driving a marketing plan that supports the ongoing growth, aligns with business objectives, drives customer loyalty and strengthens the culture. Collaborate across international and local marketing teams to achieve common goals.


Collaborate with key stakeholders in key channels like the corporate website, content development, social media, events and Tradeshows
Develop Digital Marketing strategy development and execution
Oversee plan and execution of an event strategy enabling effective customer outreach
Manage the brand communications budget
Lead a brand communications team accountable for the development and maintenance of the corporate website, editorial content, social media, paid advertising and events
Provide leadership and mentoring to direct reports
Travel about 30%


Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills
5+ years of experience with a Post-secondary degree (MBA is an asset)
Strong team player with an ability to think globally and strategically with a perspective of the business
Strong experience in emerging media, electronic media, social, CRM, collateral and photography and product positioning.
Experience in utilizing collaborative relationships with operational partners in a positive manner
Strong analytical skills
Ability to take initiative and exercise excellent judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French is a strong asset).
