Adecco is currently recruiting for a full time permanent Marketing/Administrative Assistant job in Edmonton, AB. The Marketing/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general office administrative and marketing support to a mid-sized team of office professionals. Our client is a well established equipment service and rental company located in west Edmonton and offer a competitive salary, and a healthy stable work environment.

Marketing/Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and maintain all online advertisements for inventory
Create and distribute monthly newsletter to existing clients and prospects
Maintain website – updating information as required
Analyst and report on trends and marketing materials
Assist with open houses providing marketing materials and collateral
Act as the main point of contact for reception, answering telephone calls, transferring and taking messages
Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of general office/administration experience coupled with related post secondary education in marketing or business would be an asset
Must be organized and detail orientated – have the ability to multi-task with a strong degree of accuracy
A motivated, ambitious and self-starter professional who possesses strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with exceptional technical/computer skills in MSOffice
A positive, professional team player who is able to work in a fast paced setting
Career minded and self motivated
