Adecco Canada is looking for a successful candidate to fill the position as a Warehouse Material Handler, Shipping in Richmond, BC. If you enjoy, organized and orderly work, and are reliable, focused and independent, then you may be the perfect fit for this state-of-the-art organization.

 

Role:

The candidate will work with other warehouse personnel and any other duties as required. This is a warehouse position responsible for cleaning the shipping lanes as totes and parcels come down the lanes, ensuring they read the label on the totes and parcels in order to place them on the applicable customer pallet. The warehouse material handler will build up pallets with totes and parcels and ensure the load is stable on the pallet.  Perform housekeeping to keep work area clean and safe.

 

Job Details:

-              Temporary (3 months) Full-time position with a possible extension.

-              Morning Shifts Mon-Thursday @ 8:00am-4:30pm + Sunday 11:00am-7:30pm

-              Pay rate: $15.10/hour

 

Requirements for Material Handler, Shipping

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Needs to be physically fit

- Able to lift up to 50lbs

- Must pass a criminal background check

- Access to a reliable vehicle (location is not transit friendly)

- Maintains Positive attitude

- Must be able to work independently and efficiently
