Our Client is seeking for an Electrical Assistant Engineer to work in an industrial facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. This role will be responsible for assisting the lead mechanical engineer in the design, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead mechanical engineer in the design of mechanical systems, including equipment selection, layout, and installation.
  • Work with maintenance personnel to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical system problems, identifying root causes and developing and implementing solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Conduct engineering calculations and prepare technical reports and documentation to support design decisions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams and departments to ensure the smooth integration of mechanical systems into the larger facility infrastructure.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in mechanical engineering technology and apply best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing facility.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
  • Experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including knowledge of pumps, compressors, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ANSYS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
