Medical Office Administrator


Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Medical Office Administrator in London, ON to work for one of our reputable clients in the medical industry. Get your foot in the door with our client, who values growth for its employees and has a friendly working environment.

  • Salary: 60K-65K
  • Location: London, ON
  • Shifts: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Should be flexible to work weekends, when needed.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Personnel scheduling and minor conflict resolution (in consultation with director)
  • Back-up to office staff for lunch breaks, vacation, illness and patient scheduling
  • Responsible for patient letters, patients records and forms
  • Running the day to day office activities, make phone calls & arrange and book patients 
  • Dealing with contractors, review files and manage the front office
  • Assistance to Medical Director (forms, correspondence, follow-up)
  • Back-up to OHIP billing staff
  • Bank deposit
  • Proof-reading of medical reports
  • Other duties as required
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years medical office administration experience
  • Personnel management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Above-average proficiency in English grammar and spelling
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and OHIP billing
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with other computer applications an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a very busy environment
  • Basic computer system network knowledge and Windows 10
  • Attention to detail
  • MUST have own vehicle
