Medical Office Assistant

Adecco is currently seeking Medical Office Assistants in Calgary, AB, for a client who receives a high volume of inbound calls.  The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on the phone and using various software programs to complete required tasks.

Duties:

  • Answering calls in timely manner
  • Entering all information required and booking appointments
  • Understanding patient needs and directing calls as required
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience receiving inbound calls in an office or call center environment
  • Comfortable using and learning new software programs
  • Ability to calmly and effectively communicate with patients
  •  

    This position requires availability for evening and weekend shifts. We expect this position is expected to run for six months, with a possibility of extension beyond that.
