Adecco is currently recruiting for a Stock Clerk for a 3-week contract with our client located in Ottawa, ON.

•    Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
•    Own steel-toe boots
•    Be available right away
•    Interview November 26th at 1 Nicholas Street 
The Stock Clerk will have the following responsibilities: 
- Unloading all supplies from delivery sources to the necessary locations; 
- Refilling and organizing store inventory according to business needs; 
- Scanning and updating quantities of all items in the store inventory; 
- Recording inventory data manually or on a computer as necessary; 
- Packing and unpacking items for storage in stockrooms and shelves; 
- Identifying and replacing any damaged products; 
- Assisting other team members; 
- General inventory management responsibilities. 
The Stock Clerk must meet the following mandatory requirements: 
- Secondary School Diploma or GED; 
- Strong written, oral and spoken communication skills in English; 
- Exceptional Organizational Skills; 
- Strong Interpersonal Communication; 
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time; 
- Physically capable of routinely bending to lift up to 15 pounds; 
- Previous work experience in Retail or Merchandising is preferred; 
- Bilingualism in French and English considered an asset; 
- Previous work experience in Stock Management is considered an asset.
