Our client, a furniture manufacturer in Woodbridge, is looking for hard working packers to become a part of their team. This is an overnight shift.

LOCATION: Major intersection - Steeles Ave & Weston Rd

Pay Rate: $19.14 + 4%

Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Monday - Friday)  

Start Date: Friday, February 5, 2021

Temp to Perm opportunity. (This position will convert to permanent placements after 3 months)

This is a Full Time opportunity. The facility is accessible with TTC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Wrap and seal foam according to specifications and quantities

2. Operate packing and sealing equipment

3. Report any conditions that may affect the overall operation of the curtain wrapper

4. Ensure quality control specifications are met.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Able to use a tape measure

2. Able to safely lift 50 lbs. throughout an 8 hour shift

3. Able to work well with minimum supervision

4. Employee must demonstrate excellent attendance, work habits, and safety performance

Candidate must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, work well with a team, be looking for long-term work, can work full-time, and consistently show initiative
