The Role:

· Install equipment on IM machines and throughout the facility; troubleshoot failures; perform root cause

· Perform hydraulic and mechanical PM’s

· Troubleshoot hydraulic circuits involving servo valves and variable displacement pumps

· Welding and fabrication as needed

· Maintain and repair automation equipment, loading systems and material dryers; pump rebuilds

· Repair and maintain material grinders and conveyors

Requirements:

· Licensed Millwright (Red Seal), preference given to dual ticketed candidates

· 5 + years in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred, plastic experience is an asset

· Experience/exposure working with IM Machines required

· Knowledge of robots and automation equipment a must

· Must be able to work a 12-hour continental night shift 7:00 pm – 7:15 am to start
