Adecco is seeking a Mobility Services Specialist in Toronto, ON. Our client is an international luxury car company looking for a technology enthusiast with a passion for innovation. The Mobility Services Specialist will research, pilot and implement smart and future mobility concepts and provide exclusive mobility options for customers. This is a long-term temporary role with a competitive bonus program offered.
Mobility Services Specialist Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow mobility offerings within Canada in order to generate new business in the context of temporary vehicle use, flexible ownership, and ride-sharing programs
- Ensure effective operations of any mobility programs offered in the market
- Maintain and establish partnerships as needed with appropriate partners (ride-share providers, condominium developers, hotels, venues, etc.) to support the mobility strategy
- Develop and regularly update business cases and plans in order to evaluate concept feasibility
- Conducts market and customer analysis in order to create transparency on specific conditions for entry and exit of markets
- Ensure that initiatives are using available digital platforms (web-based, smartphone apps, etc) to maximize business potential within the mobility program
- Actively researches automotive trends related to new mobility concepts such as car-sharing, ride-sharing, and other non-traditional ownership and usage methods to support the generation of new business models and revenue streams through an innovative and forward-thinking business approach
Mobility Services Specialist Qualifications:
- University or College degree in Business or related field
- Graduate degree or MBA is preferred
- 1-3 years of related technology or automotive experience
- Previous work experience in a cross-functional role preferred
- Project coordination experience preferred with a track record of successfully implemented projects
- Knowledge of emerging and state-of-the-art mobility concepts and technology trends
- A passion for customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team and collaborate with executive and senior-management
- Motivated, goal-oriented and high performing
- Ability to think entrepreneurial and thrive with a varying level of ambiguity and uncertainty
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and deliver high quality work under tight timelines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel within Canada, as necessary
- Bilingual English/French is an asset but not required
