Adecco is currently hiring for a Mutual Funds Officer to work in Toronto, ON. To qualify for the Mutual Funds Officer role, you must be a business professional with experience in mutual funds or securities market in the financial services industry.

This is a 4-month full time contract position, paying $17.34/hr.

Mutual Funds Officer Main Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process accurately cheques, ensure balancing and mailings as per operational processes
  • Establish audit trails and ensure due diligence in processing transactions and information
  • Resolve discrepancies for stakeholders including mutual fund third party
  • Adhere to industry regulations and operating procedures in completing, recording and processing transactions

    Mutual Funds Officer Main Requirements:

  • High School Diploma. Post secondary education preferred
  • Minimum 2-year related experience preferably working in securities markets or mutual fund in a bank
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Client focus with sound problem solving and attention to detail skills
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
