National Account Manager
Our client is Canada’s leading full-service provider for corporate employee rewards programs, in use by over 2500 organizations across the country. They are known for sourcing and accessing 100% exclusive, high value offers, rewards and preferred pricing deals by partnering directly with the US and Canada’s top entertainment, travel, shopping and lifestyle brands.
On behalf of our client, Adecco is currently seeking a hungry, sociable and high energy individual to join their Sales team. This role would join a team of 5 people and would report to the Branch Manager.

National Account Manager – Job Description:

Engage in "multi-channel" follow-up - help uncover new opportunities and nurture existing opportunities
Develop and maintain long-term executive level relationships with top clients as well as key accounts
Drive lead management, tracking & forecasting in CRM
Manage contract negotiations
Develop strategic and tactical planning for key accounts
Contribute to conversion of prospects and pilot accounts to multi-year subscription contracts
Implement improvements to existing sales processes including customer qualification, proposals, account planning, etc.

National Account Manager – Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years’ experience in Account management, Customer Service & Sales
Customer service priority thinking; strong relationship building skills
Have collaborated with a cross-functional team and achieved/exceeded sales quotas and other strategic objectives
Has a strategic mind - you love to develop and deploy new strategies and are quick to jump in
Excellent communicator - both in person and in writing
Strong data analysis
