  • Mentor, coach and lead a field Sales team and ensure they are set up for success

  • Ensure effective alignment and drive of KPIs and lead the team/company on Canadian markets and initiatives
  • Driving the activity of the team to ensure profitability and budgets are met; doing this through direct involvement with staff, clients, departments, etc
  • Sustainable planning to drive business and ensure accounts are managed with top-shelf service from all angles
  • Interfaces with various internal departments in Canada and North America to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Various other tasks as related.

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Sales Manager / Sales Leadership position combined with several more years as a sales professional; asset to those who have supported dealerships/retailers and/or led Regional Managers
  • Completed University education is required; Masters degree an asset

  • Business development driven, passion for creating loyal relationships with customers through outstanding service levels and support
