Calling all Hockey and Sports fans!

Adecco is delighted to partner with the National Hockey League (NHL) as the official staffing agency for the 2019 NHL Entry Draft!

This unforgettable event will take place at Rogers Arena, Vancouver, B.C. on Friday, June 21-Saturday, June 22, 2019.

For the 2-day event we are looking for several candidates to fill 10 different positions. All candidates must be available to work both days and will receive a pay of $16.00/hr. All roles will require a friendly and enthusiastic attitude as well as strong customer service skills.




  • Transportation


Duties: Assist the local transportation company to help load guests on to buses and to direct club personnel to appropriate busses, as well as running bag checks.


Requirements: Organized and able to lift 50 pounds.


  • Draft Guides


Duties: The first representation of the NHL that a newly selected draft pick will encounter. They will guide the Draftees through the various media requirements.


Requirements: Personable, attentive and organized.


  • Family Greeters


Duties: Greet family members of draft picks – congratulate them, give them wristbands for the family lounge and direct them to the family lounge.


Requirements: Personable, enthusiastic and able to answer questions.


  • Family Lounge


Duties: Answer questions for family members, connect family members with Drafter Players.


Requirements: Personable, friendly, enthusiastic and able to answer questions.


  • Team Copiers


Duties: Sorting materials obtained from copiers.


Requirements: Organized and enthusiastic.


  • Photo Tank Guides


Duties: Greet Draftees at the designated check-in point and guide them through the different stops throughout the photo tank. The guides must track each stop the Draftee makes in the photo tank and make sure that the Draftee makes it to every single stop.


Requirements: Sense of urgency, organized, clear communicator, personable and the ability to stand for long periods of time.


  • Floor Runners


Duties: Bring photo cards to/from the Draft floor photographers back to the photo editors.


Requirements: Takes direction well, organized, clear communicator, personable and the ability to stand for long periods of time.


  • Trophy Display


Duties: Mange fans as they approach the trophy display and make sure no one gets too close or touches the trophies. Answer any questions from fans and will roam the area.


Requirements: Responsible and reliable


  • Stanley Cup Display


Duties: Manage queue line of fans looking to take their photo with the Stanley Cup and required to take the photos.


Requirements: Organized and personable


  • Top Draft Pick Lounge


Duties: Answer questions, assist with directions, and knowledgeable of the building.


Requirements: Personable, friendly, enthusiastic and able to answer questions.
