Duties and Responsibilities:
Verify posted entries to guest and non-guest accounts.
Balance all front office accounts.
Resolve room status and rate discrepancies.
Review guest credit transactions against established limits, oversee corporate accounts, prepare quotes if needed
Taking, canceling, and changing room reservation requests
Processing guest departures including calculating changes and receiving payments as needed.
Handling wake-up calls and a myriad of other guest requests
Requirements and Qualifications:
3 + years of experience working as a night auditor in a hospitality environment
Good time management skills and ability to multitask
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to creatively solve problems and provide solutions to guests
Should maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
A vehicle would be an asset for this community living.
