Adecco is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work with one of our well-established and growing clients, a fashion and beauty publication.

 

We are seeking candidates with several years of experience in a similar role, with excellent references and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial. The Office Administrator interacts with co-workers at every level and will also be on the front lines in client interaction. The compensation for this role will be $37,800.00 per year to start, in addition to a benefits structure after three months. This is a permanent, long-term role with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Office Administrator duties include:

  • Screening and forwarding incoming calls and greeting visitors as they enter  
  • Courier scheduling including shipments of the publication
  • Filing and organizing records of all subscribers
  • Data entry & Managing the database of customers
  • Market and industry research as required on a project-by project basis
  • Outreach to prospective and current subscription customers on a weekly basis
  • Various other clerical and administrative duties as required
  •  

    Office Administrator qualifications include:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • exceptional time management required
  • Great phone etiquette
  • Professional appearance as the first point of contact for all visitors
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Excel and mail merging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
