Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent, full-time Office Administrator for our client, a leading agricultural company located in Sedley and Regina, SK. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals.   • Pay range: $60k - $70k
  • Location: Sedley and Regina, SK (split time between locations) 
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday (Days)
  • Job type: Full-time | Permanent
  • Job responsibilities include:

  • Manage calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Accommodate visitors, clients, and job candidates
  • Coordinate conference room bookings, appointments, and training seminars
  • Manage all matters pertaining to reception/office appearance and utilities
  • Cooperate with Operations Manager on local facility
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide research and administrative support to all departments and individuals where necessary
  • Preparing memos, reports, spreadsheets, etc
  • Implementing and maintaining office procedures
  • Accounts payable/receivable, office budgets, data entry and filing
  • To qualify, you should:

  • Two (2) years of experience in a similar role
  • QuickBooks experience would be an asset
  • Proficient with computer applications and software
  • Must have strong communication skills – verbal, reading & written
  • Valid Driver’s License and Clean Drivers Abstract
