Some of the responsibilities for the Office Administrator job opening may include;

  • Act as a first point of contact within the office by greeting visitors, answering incoming calls and setting up meeting rooms
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen area, and mail and couriers in and out of the office
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for members of the team
  • Support the project team by tracking goals, preparing documents and reports and managing data
  • Provide marketing support through the creation and coordination of company marketing materials
  • Manage physical and electronic filing systems for maximum accuracy and efficiency
  • Any other administrative, data entry or clerical tasks when required
  • Some of the required qualifications for the Office Adminstrator job opening in Toronto, ON include

  • One year of direct experience in a corporate Office Administrator role or in a dynamic Administrative support role
  • Strong MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator considered an asset
  • Experience with managing data as well as drafting, proofreading, and coordinating documents
  • Availability for immediate full-time work during corporate hours (Monday-Friday)
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral along with the confidence and ability to interact with all level of clientele
  • Ability to multitask and balance priorities while working independently and as part of a team
