Adecco Professional is currently looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our client in Downtown Toronto, ON. This is fantastic full-time permanent opportunity in a dynamic and well-known property management firm. This is a hybrid role which includes office administration duties as well as the management of the front reception area - so previous experience in office coordination is a must- along with strong interpersonal skills and experience in a front facing role. The ideal candidate will also have a pro-active attitude, with the ability to hit the ground running and problem-solve on the go!

The main responsibilities for this Office Administrator/Receptionist job opening in Toronto, ON include but are not limited to:

Front facing reception duties including answering and redirecting calls and greeting clientele
Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
Ordering office supplies and communicating with vendors; updating vendor lists
Scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms
Administrative support of various departments including sales, marketing, and finance
Coordination of office parties and events and general office maintenance

The qualifications for this Office Administrator/Reception job opening in Toronto, ON include:

2+ years’ experience in reception or office coordination, ideally in a corporate office setting
Some experience in the property management/real estate industry is considered an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
