Adecco is currently hiring for a Office Clerk for one of its clients for a temporary, 6 months term. This role is based in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Greets customers, vendors and other visitors
  • Answer incoming calls and take messages or transfer calls  
  • Entering time cards
  • Frequently interaction with the Service Centre Manager, office staff, shop Supervisors, Production Coordinator, Head Office staff, and Customers
  • Prepare training presentations and handouts
  • Reception Duties
  • General office duties as assigned
