Adecco Professional is currently looking for an Office Clerk in Downtown Toronto to join our client in the legal industry. This is an amazing contract opportunity in the heart of the Downtown core, both TTC and GO accessible. To qualify for these opportunities, you must have previous experience working in a fast-paced high-volume setting, have a flexible working schedule and be availability to start quite immediately. This is a full-time position and pays up to $16.00/hour. If you are looking to gain exposure in a corporate office and grow within a corporate legal firm, this is the opportunity for you!

The responsibilities for the Office Clerk in Downtown Toronto, may include but are not limited to:

  • Filing, photocopying, and scanning of confidential documents
  • Coordinating mail room schedule and provide runner services within all internal departments
  • Managing inventory and stocking office supplies as needed
  • Troubleshooting printer or photocopier with any technical issues that arise
  • Assisting with special errands including court/bank runs

The qualifications the Office Clerk in Downtown Toronto includes:

  • 1+ year providing clerical support in a corporate office setting or similar
  • Post-secondary education in Law an asset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel
  • Ability to think quick and problem solve in high-stress situations 
  • Comfortable lifting up to 30lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Flexible availability and schedule to start
