Adecco Professional is currently looking for a professional Office Coordinator/ Receptionist in Downtown Toronto. We are looking for individuals to represent Adecco Professional in various office environments who are driven, keen, and have a go getter attitude. To qualify for these opportunities, you must have previous experience working in a front facing roles while handling administrative duties. These can be a variety of temporary, part-time and/or full-time in nature and may require you to be available to start quite immediately – read on for more;

The responsibilities for the Office Coordinator/ Receptionist in Downtown Toronto may include but are not limited to:

Meet and greet all levels of clientele in a professional manner and providing a warm welcoming atmosphere
Escorting guests to meeting areas and hostess responsibilities as required
Coordinating and arranging meetings and assisting with boardroom set up
Arranging schedules and heavy travel management for all team members
Ordering and following up with catered lunches and ability to quickly problem-solve if issues arise
Requisition of office supplies, furniture, equipment, etc
as needed
Filing, scanning and faxing confidential information
All additional administrative and clerical tasks as needed


Qualifications for the Office Coordinator/ Receptionist role includes:

1+ year as an Office Coordinator or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and other front desk software applications
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel
Ability to think quickly in high-stress situations
Flexible availability and a professional/ positive can-do attitude
