Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

•          Front Reception

•          Answer phones, transfer calls and take messges

•          Filing, Scanning and Data Entry

•          Take care of incoming mail and courier packages

•          General office Duties as assigned

                                      

 

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

 

•          Must have intermediate Computer Skills

•          Must have excellent phone mannerisms

•          Must be professional and friendly

•          Must be organized and have attention to detail
