Adecco Professional is currently looking for a professional Office Coordinator in Downtown Toronto. We are looking for individuals to represent Adecco Professional in various office environments who are driven, keen, and have a go getter attitude. To qualify for these opportunities, you must have previous experience working in a front facing roles while handling administrative duties. These can be a variety of temporary, part-time and/or full-time in nature and may require you to be available to start quite immediately.

The responsibilities for the Office Coordinator in Downtown Toronto may include, but are not limited to:

- Meeting and greeting all levels of clientele in a professional manner and providing a warm welcoming atmosphere
- Escorting guests to meeting areas and hostess responsibilities as required
- Coordinating and arranging meetings and assisting with boardroom set up
- Arranging schedules and heavy travel management for all team members
- Ordering and following up with catered lunches and ability to quickly problem-solve if issues arise
- Requisition of office supplies, furniture, equipment, etc as needed
- Filing, scanning and faxing confidential information
- All additional administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications for the Office Coordinator role includes:
- 1+ year as an Office Coordinator, Reception or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and other front desk software applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel
- Ability to think quickly in high-stress situations
- Flexible availability and a professional positive can-do attitude
