OFFICE COORDINATOR | DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER | $40,000 PER YEAR

 

Adecco is currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator to support the Operations Manager with their daily duties and responsibilities. The right candidate will be a highly motivated and energetic individual looking to work within a rapidly growing property development company, located in the heart of Downtown, Vancouver.

 

We are looking for a professional administration candidate with at least two years’ experience in an administrative role. The right candidate must possess positive references, strong people and communications skills, and a willingness to meet new clients and establish relationships.

 

The compensation for this role is flexible but will be around $40,000.00 per year to start. This is a permanent, long term role with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

 

Office Coordinator duties include:

- Assisting the Operations Manager in their day-to-day duties providing valuable support and knowledge;

- Maintaining the office space, including office equipment, supplies, furniture, keys and access cards;

- Assisting with filing hard copy and electronic documents;

- Assisting in scheduling, meeting planning and catering;

- Answering, forwarding and managing calls and messages;

- Picking up and dropping off supplies and samples to/from clients and other developers;

- Updating documents, spreadsheets and other master documents;

- Monitoring inbound and outbound mail, as well as coordinating with couriers;

- Running general errands;

- Other duties as required.

 

Office Coordinator qualifications include:

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role;

- Excellent interpersonal skills and English communications skills;

- Strong time management, organization, attention to detail;

- Valid Class 5 license with clean driver’s abstract;

- Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office;

- Ability to life and carry up to 50 pounds;

- Flexibility, versatility and the ability to work under pressure are assets;
