Adecco is looking for an Office Manager- Bilingual for our client based out of Ottawa, ON.

A small office in East Ottawa is looking for a permanent bilingual Office Manager. Their current office manager is retiring after many years in the role.

The Office Manager- Bilingual will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage office team and warehouse operations
  • Support our customers as an expert on air filtration products
  • Process customer accounts and keep records of customer interaction
  • Order entry and customer quotes
  • Order expediting and delivery scheduling
  • Problem solving with administration and product lead time requests
  • Bring efficiency ideas to improved processes using technology
  • Innovative solutions and alternatives for digital document filing systems
  • The Office Manager- Bilingual must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years’ experience in similar role.
  • Bilingual (French/English) - Required
  • Must have experience in CRM Tools
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have a College/University
