Adecco is currently hiring for an Office Manager position in Kelowna, BC. This is an exciting fulltime permanent opportunity is for one of our thriving and fast-growing company. The Office Manager will participate in the creation of an annual business plan using established systems and processes designed to reach overall revenue and profit objectives set by the company. 

To qualify for this Office Manager position, you must have minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an office management environment with computer literate.

Office Manager Job Responsibilities

·         Hire and train office staff according to business plan and company processes and procedures

·         Answer phones

·         Greet customers or prospective employees as they arrive at the office.

·         Process payments and preparing deposits.

·         Prepare schedules

·         Handle customer issues

·         Manage receivables.

·         Update and maintain customer records in accordance with company processes and procedures.

·         File invoices and other general office duties as assigned

·         Process incoming and outgoing mail.

·         Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office space.

Office Manager Qualifications


·         Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in an office environment

·         Excellent phone mannerisms and communication skills

·         Ability to problem solve

·         Able to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Must have strong computer skills

·         Able to perform a variety of administrative duties

·         Able to direct and lead the work of others
