Adecco is currently hiring for an Office Manager in Regina, SK. To qualify for this Office Manager role, you must have 3 year experience in office management.

Office Manager Responsibilities :

  • Oversee personnel management, including wage increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions in compliance with firm policies.
  • Determine staffing requirements and oversee the recruitment process.
  • Approve vacation requests and monitor employee scheduling to maintain appropriate coverage.
  • Develop performance goals, metrics, and targets that are consistent with firm goals.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide employees with performance feedback.
  • Determine areas of improvement for employees, providing additional training as needed.
  • Complete all payroll activities and ensure compliance with financial, legal, and administrative requirements.
  • Manage and oversee the budget for office and facilities management across the organization.
  • Coordinate departmental programs, such as meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
  • Arrange and attend Partner and Staff meetings; take, distribute, and archive meeting minutes.
  • Ensure adequate supplies of office stationery, general office supplies, office furniture, and other equipment.
  • Coordinate office seating arrangements for business units and assign desks, phones, and other assets as necessary.
  • Assist in the management of building security, such as the assignment of keys and alarm codes for approved personnel.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements for third party suppliers and/or service providers.
  • Coordinate and implement company-wide social events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
