Adecco Professional is currently looking for an Office Manager for our client in Downtown Toronto. Our client is a growing organization in the Mining industry and is looking for a new member to join their team to help ensure day to day operations run efficiently and effectively. This opportunity is a newly created position with strong potential to turn permanent for the right person, paying $17.00+ per hour. The ideal candidate will be a bright and quick individual with strong interpersonal skills and a go getter attitude.

The responsibilities of the Office Manager role in Downtown Toronto may include, but are not limited to:

Being the first point of contact and greeting all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Effectively answering high volume calls and incoming inquiries during busy hours
Filing, scanning and faxing confidential information
Arranging schedules and heavy travel management for all team members
Assisting with office space transition as needed
Requisition of office supplies, furniture, equipment, etc


Qualifications for the Office Manager role in Downtown Toronto includes:

1+ year experience as an Office Manager or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and other front desk software applications
Ability to multi-task and remain calm during busy hours
Strong written and oral communication skills
A professional and positive can-do attitude with a no job too big or too small mindset
