Adecco is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator, Bilingual. This is a full-time permanent position with our client located in Orleans, ON. The Office Administrator, Bilingual is responsible for overseeing the general day-to-day operations of the organization. 
The Office Administrator, Bilingual will have the following responsibilities: 
Provide general support to the Sales and Service teams and manage general office logistics for staff;
- Prepare documents included in proposals and client deliverable; 
- Maintain office equipment and related service agreements; 
- Proofread documents, ensure compliance with the company standards and manage appropriate archiving; 
- Perform order verifications and job invoicing; 
- Ensure reception duties such as answer phones and greet incoming guests; 
- Achieve accounting tasks such as receivables, data entry, end month documents; 
- Make bank deposits; 
- Perform other related duties as required.
The Office Administrator, Bilingual must meet the following mandatory requirements: 
- 2 years community college program specialized in Business Administration; 
- 3 to 5 years experience in an office administration role; 
- Must be fluently bilingual (English and French, spoken and written); 
- Exceptional prioritizing and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment; 
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail; 
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with minimal direction, exercising a high level of discretion and judgment; 
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities; 
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate and liaise with external and internal members and staff at various levels of an organization; 
- Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Outlook) and Simply Accounting.
