On-Call Receptionist - Banking

Adecco is currently hiring for an On-Call Receptionist - Banking to work onsite in Toronto, ON. To qualify for the Receptionist (On-Call) role, you must have flexibility, possess excellent communication and time management skills plus have previous experience working as a Receptionist in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. Receptionist (On-Call) is a 12 months opportunity with the possibility of extension, paying $23.44/hr.

Receptionist (On-Call) – Banking Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level reception support to clients and customers
  • Act as point of contact for all telephone and face-to-face enquiries
  • Screen calls, relay messages and escalate issues as necessary and
  • Perform clerical duties as required such as receive, sort, stamp and distribute mail
  • Set up conference rooms and direct visitors/clients accordingly
  • Receptionist (On-Call) – Banking Main Qualifications:

  • Previous Receptionist & Customer experience required
  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • Ability to work on short notice
  • Basic computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High school required. Post-secondary preferred
