Adecco is hiring for an On-Call Secretary position with the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board for schools in Orangeville, ON. On-Call Secretary Responsibilities include:

  • Perform general office duties 
  • Student, staff and public reception
  • Processing student attendance information
  • Keyboarding
  • Answer inquiries via telephone
  • Provide clerical support to the team
  • Perform data entry
  • Other duties as assigned

On-Call Secretary Requirements:

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
  • Must be flexible to accept on-call short notice assignment
  • Prior experience working in an office, admin, clerical or reception position
  • Must submit police vulnerable sector check report
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
