Adecco is currently hiring an on-site coordinator for a position in Belleville, Ontario on a 3-month assignment. We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Enjoys problem solving
  • Juggling multiple tasks
  • Enjoys lots interaction with people on a daily basis
  • Strong computer skills – reports, scheduling (MS Excel, outlook and computer skills)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Experience in delivering training is an asset

Responsibilities include:

  • Reporting employee absences and providing coverage
  • Assisting employees navigating the work environment
  • Point of contact for Adecco employees
  • Completing excel based reports, utilizing data from multiple sources

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school (proof required)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to walk throughout shift

Ideal candidate is available Mon-Fri for 3-4 hours shifts from 5:30am to 8:30/9:30am with some flexibility to possibly take on additional hours as needed throughout the week. We are looking for a candidate with positive energy, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.
