We are currently looking for Onsite Coordinator/Recruiter. It is a temporary assignment within the Adecco Vancouver team! The successful candidate will participate in the recruitment of resources that will work for Adecco at Cirque du Soleil, as part of the show Luzia to be presented in Vancouver. High availability, including evenings and weekends is required. You will be responsible for managing the teams and all the related activities including attendance management on the site, schedules, payroll monitoring, employee management, etc.
Location: Concord Pacific Place
Onsite Coordinator/Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all recruitment for the Cirque du Soleil project
- Play an advisory role with clients, rigorous follow-up and ensure outstanding customer service to maintain and develop business links
- Follow up with employees / candidates to retain them and maintain the relationship of trust;
 - Identify the best candidates according to the profiles in demand
- Make sure to anticipate future hiring requirements, create and maintain the bank of available candidates on a continuous basis.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- A minimum of 1year related experience in a recruitment
- High availability, including evenings and weekends
- Proven consistent high levels of customer service performance
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and relationship management skills
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Passionate about people-focused business
