Adecco currently has an opportunity for an Onsite Recruitment Manager on our Onsite Managed Services team. In this role, using various methods, you are responsible for implementing and monitoring strategies for client service delivery ensuring that the recruitment needs of specific Partnership Accounts are fulfilled and that client expectations are exceeded. The Onsite Recruitment Manager supervises the recruitment team and provides coaching as needed. The successful candidate possesses strong planning, research, and project management skills.

Onsite Recruitment Manager Responsibilities:

Directs the day to day activities of a recruitment team for Partnership Accounts in a designated area ensuring that orders are filled effectively and efficiently based on client needs.
Together with the Director, Partnership accounts, establishes a recruitment strategy for assigned partnership accounts to ensure the client recruitment goals are met.
Implements the strategy within the recruitment team ensuring that orders are filled in line with the clients’ needs and expectations.
In conjunction with the Director, Partnership Accounts, supervises and directs the work activities of the recruitment team, coaching, developing and providing feedback when required.
Implements and maintains all new and established operational procedures that affect client service delivery to ensure the recruitment team is operationally compliant and utilizing Adecco’s technology to its full capacity.
Distributes, collects and analyzes client and candidate satisfaction surveys ensuring that there is follow up on poor results and procedures are implemented for improvement.

Onsite Recruitment Manager Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
Minimum three (3) years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience within a recruitment and/or client services role.
1-2 years’ supervisory/management experience.
Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices an asset.
Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail applications
