There is currently an opening for a Supervisor, Onsite Managed Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for using and developing various methods and strategies for client retention and service delivery, ensuring that the needs of the account are fulfilled and that client expectations are exceeded.

The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence and motivate others. They must have superior organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.

Functions of this position include:

Supervises Onsite Managed Services staff and provides coaching as needed.
Implements and maintains all new and established operational procedures that affect client service delivery to ensure the partnership is operationally compliant.
Fills and services specific client orders as required based on the needs of the account.
Distributes, collects and analyses client and candidate satisfaction surveys, follows up on poor results and implements processes for improvement.
Develops and implements, with manager, recruitment strategies by analyzing current market trends to ensure the needs of the client are met.
With manager, establishes a retention strategy to ensure the client retention goals of the partnership account are met.
Provides high levels of customer service to the client and acts as the main escalation point for client issues and problem resolution.
Identifies new business opportunities within the partnership account through needs analysis and continuous client contact.
Assist with conducting quarterly business reviews for the partnership account.
Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.


Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
Minimum three (3) years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience within a recruitment, client services, or operational role.
Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
Experience/knowledge of general Human Resources practices an asset.
Proficient in PF software packages, such as MS Word, Excel, and email applications.
