Adecco Professional is currently hiring for an Operations Administrator for our client in Downtown Toronto. This is a full-time permanent role with a large reputable multi-national bank that is walking distance from Union Station. This role has three functions including process management, administrative, and financial analysis tasks. The ideal candidate will be a corporate polished professional with strong attention to detail and decision-making ability. To be considered for this role, you must have a post-secondary degree in Finance or related field, 3+ years’ experience with an administrative background or similar role, with proficient banking knowledge and strong technical skills.

The responsibilities for the Operations Administrator job opening in Downtown Toronto includes:

Assist and coordinate all logistics in IT and Communications departments
Ensure smooth employee transition between any desk or office space
Dismantle and setup and software and equipment for employee use
Create and update floor plan for all occurred changes
Track and update all information in to the database including organizational charts and running reports
Collect and analyze revenue and expense data, making recommendations as fit
Troubleshoot and technical issues that arise
First point of contact for all internal and external inquiries for all levels of personnel
Ensure all changes are compliant for audit purposes
Special projects as requested


Qualifications for the Operations Administrator job opening in Downtown Toronto includes:

3+ years’ experience in administrative, operations, or related support function in professional environment- preferably in banking or finance an asset
Post-secondary Degree in Finance, Banking, or related field is mandatory
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
Ability to work in a complex, fast paced atmosphere and make effective decision in high pressure environment
Understanding of banking policies, standards, and processes
Proficient in all Microsoft Office suites including MS Visio and Lotus
Some lifting may be required to assist with move
