Operations Manager l $75K+ - $85K+/ Vancouver, BC / Permanent

Adecco has partnered with a growing and well-established real estate development and investment firm to seek for an Operations Manager to join their downtown office.
This position will oversee HR, IT and all other Operational matters.

Responsibilities:


Human Resources: full cycle recruitment, orientation, probationary tracking and reviews, records management, policy enforcement, and benefits plan management.
IT Coordination: Acting as liaison person and approver of IT requests, reviewer and manager of IT equipment and server matters.
Operational matters in the Corporate office: managing inventory and supplies, organizing company events, coordinating company vehicles and insurance renewals, coordinating office relocation and site office set up.
Assist in the maintenance of corporate permits and the renewal of business licenses.


Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in operational management
Real Estate industry experience is an asset
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, self-motivated and detail oriented
Knowledge of BC Employment standard acts and rules
Experience working with external IT consultants
Experience in managing an office and office contingency plans
Knowledge of MS Office Suite of products including proficiency in Excel and Word.
