Adecco is currently hiring for an Operation Officer in Edmonton, AB.  The main function of the Operations Officer is confirming transaction details using various methods of confirmation including phone, fax, swift and email. We are looking for administrative professionals with strong typing and data entry skills. 
This is an excellent opportunity for new and recent graduates to a tart a career at one of Canada's leading financial institutions.
This is a 2 months contract and has a pay rate of $ 17.34/hour.
Working hour: 8:00 AM- 6:00 pm (Rotational schedule)
Operation Officer Responsibilities:
·Enter data into the system with a high level of accuracy, paying close attention to multiple data entry fields daily
·Perform quality checks on colleague's data entry and report inaccuracies in a timely and professional manner
·Lodging documentation from the lawyers (balance for a home).
·Daily email correspondence across multiple departments and project delivery teams                                
Operation Officer Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or equivalent experience, a college degree is preferred
·Nice to have 2 years’ experience in the data entry role 
·Excellent English Communications skills both Verbally and Written
·Administration work and some customer service experience
